I was in the apartment selling business from 1973 until 1983. During that period I purchased enough buildings that I was able to live off of the income from them, which was my goal. Recently tax considerations (needing more write off as buildings aged) caused me to reenter the market. What I needed was someone who could put me in touch with a wide range of product that was profitable. Jim was able to do that. So when the time came to sell some of my stuff in order to accomplish some new objectives I chose Jim to do that. He handled all matters professionally and in ways that accommodated my interest.
